About Anja Bolbjerg

Anja Bolbjerg has more than ten years experience in preparing for one of skiing’s most demanding disciplines: skiing rodeo ride - and many tourists’ nightmare - hump pistes. Anja’s own body is an example of what difference you can do with physical training. She has not only trained herself to win a World Cup in a sport where the Danes are really tough odds, she has also trained herself back into world elite several times after the severe rigors of a torn ligament and two discus prolabser. After her active career, Anja supplemented her practical experience in training and rehabilitation with a university degree, specializing in knee mechanics and a personal trainer certification.
